Hyper Light Drifter creator Heart Machine has suspended Solar Ash, its upcoming third-mortal parkour platformer, to December 2.

Originally expected later this month, Solar Ash will now go far happening PS4, PS5, and PC (via the Epic Games Shop) right before the holidays. This represents a rough five-calendar week hold up, which is jolly small compared to the many delays we've seen in the past two years peculiarly.

"We want Solar Ash to shine, and we need a bit more time to get the last pieces of polish and bug fixes into the unfit, while still navigating this spheric pandemic as a highly devoted team," Meat Simple machine said in a statement posted to Twitter. "This short-term delay testament assist us get at that place."

A interpreter for Parvati Interactive affirmed that "the pint-size delay will assistance check that Solar Ash launches in its best fles" in an email.

"The hold and understanding pouring in has been and so heartwarming and promotive for the team," Heart Machine said in a Twitter answer. "The community is great!!"

We got our first in the lead-fill up deal Solar Ash tree last month, and were now engrossed in its fluid movement and fantastical world. By deliberately minimizing actual fight and focussing more on the elegant, unstable parkour of protagonist Rei, Solar Ash creates a platforming playground we throne't look away from. Film director Alx Preston described the "dumb lift pitch" for the game as Shadow of the Colossus meets Super Mario Galax urceolata, hence the large bosses and explorable planetoids, and it genuinely lives up to that long-fetched preface.

As you'd bear from a game push stylish movement, Heart Machine hopes Solar Ash speedrunners "break the f*ck out of IT" .
